API de exportação do ChatBotKit já está disponível
O ChatBotKit lançou uma nova API de exportação, permitindo que os clientes exportem suas conversas, conjuntos de dados e conjuntos de habilidades. We're excited to announce that ChatBotKit now has a powerful export API! This API is currently available for Conversations, Datasets, and Skillsets. Customers can use the API to export their conversations, dataset records, and skillset abilities.
As a result of this update, we've also made some changes to the ChatBotKit dashboard. You'll now find dashboard features that allow for data exporting available in all respective sections: conversations, datasets, and skillsets.
