Customers interested in utilizing this feature must enable it first, providing flexibility and adhering to privacy standards.

Uma vez ativado, o recurso vincula automaticamente todas as conversas recebidas com o bot de IA ao registro de contato correto, capturando informações essenciais, como o nome do usuário e o número de telefone do WhatsApp. Essa coleta de dados vai além da simples geração de leads; ela é fundamental para organizar as conversas em grupos lógicos por cliente, melhorando assim o gerenciamento e a análise das interações com o cliente.
